Be Well Studio's 6-Week Jumpstart program can be used in a few different ways:
1. Feeling stuck and need something to get you started (or restarted)? This program is great for that! It offers you workouts and a meal plan to get you moving and eating healthy.
2. Considering 1:1 training, but unsure if online training is for you? This program works as a good trial! The workouts may not be customized for you specifically, but you will get the experience of working with Brittney and using her app.
This program includes 6 weeks of workouts that can be done at home or in the gym. These workouts will take you less than an hour AND if time is crunched I have alternative SHORT workout videos to default to!
When you sign up, Brittney will add you to her app and you will be set up with workouts, weekly messages to guide you through the 6 weeks, AND a copy of her E-Book which includes 4 bonus pages. Bonus pages include a 6 week meal plan complete with grocery lists as well as a beginner athlete nutrition guide.
The e-book download will give you 25 recipes plus mix-and-match meal ideas. Recipes include photos and nutrition facts.
After purchase, you will receive a copy of your download via Email.
