This program is great for beginners that perfer more instruction, or like a more “hand holding” and extra accuntability.

 

This is also a great program for someone hoping to take their fitness to the next level be it trying something new (like training for a marathon or ultra martahon) or simply someone who likes more feedback.

 

Program Includes: 

  • Custom Training Plan
  • Unlimited communication via messanger or email
  • Macronutrient goals provided by request/depending on clients goals
  • Weekly Review of workouts with feedback on every completed workout
  • 60 minutes of Zoom/Phone/In-Person check In per month (used as one or two sessions)

 

Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime!

  • -A custom training program built for you each month using TrainingPeaks or Trainerize depending on your overall goal. Both allow you to add comments and communicate with your coach. This app connects to your smartwatch and will alert Brittney when you have completed a workout. No watch, no problem. You can manually enter your workouts as completed. 

    -All programs will begin with a personal assessment meeting and intake form. All plans start where you're at, meaning all plans start at your current fitness level and work towards your specific goal. 

    -Month-to-Month payments end when you request them to end. 

    -Once registered you will receive an email from Brittney within 24-48 hours. 

  • Whether you are training for a running event, looking to gain strength in the gym, or feeling at a loss as to how to get moving, Brittney wants to help.

    Brittney is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has experience in bodybuilding, running (marathon and ultramarathon distance) triathlon, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Her overall goal is to give you more confidence in your sport of choice, no matter where that is. She will design a training program for you that fits your needs and schedule. Do you work out at home? Great! She can build a program that fits your space and equipment limitations. Do you go to the local gym? Great. She will build a program for you that includes what is available to you no matter where you work out, even if that is simply the great outdoors.
