This program is best for those who need accountability to get the work done! It is also great for those that just want to be told what to do. Excellent option for beginners who want to “sample” working with a coach or for veterans who just want perscribed workouts.


This program isn’t good for those that perfer a lot of face-to-face interaction.

Custom Training Plan
Weekly review of completed workouts with feedback where necessary
Weekly Check In via messanger on app or email (or 1x per month 30 minute in person check in or phone call)
Nutrition guidelines and suggestions provided by request


Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime!

  • -A custom training program built for you each month using TrainingPeaks or Trainerize depending on your overall goal. Both allow you to add comments and communicate with your coach. This app connects to your smartwatch and will alert Brittney when you have completed a workout. No watch, no problem. You can manually enter your workouts as completed. 

    -All programs will begin with a personal assessment meeting and intake form. All plans start where you're at, meaning all plans start at your current fitness level and work towards your specific goal. 

    -Month-to-Month payments end when you request them to end. 

    -Once registered you will receive an email from Brittney within 24-48 hours. 

  • Whether you are training for a running event, looking to gain strength in the gym, or feeling at a loss as to how to get moving, Brittney wants to help.

    Brittney is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has experience in bodybuilding, running (marathon and ultramarathon distance) triathlon, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Her overall goal is to give you more confidence in your sport of choice, no matter where that is. She will design a training program for you that fits your needs and schedule. Do you work out at home? Great! She can build a program that fits your space and equipment limitations. Do you go to the local gym? Great. She will build a program for you that includes what is available to you no matter where you work out, even if that is simply the great outdoors.
