This progressive 16-week program is designed to help you add regular strength training into your lifestyle, build muscle, and get stronger — all with tailored full-body workouts that can be done at home or in the gym.

 

Program Structure:

  • Weeks 1–8: Hypertrophy Phase – Focus on building lean muscle with higher-rep, controlled lifts.
     

  • Weeks 9–14: Max Strength Phase – Train with heavier weights and lower reps to maximize strength.
     

  • Weeks 15–16: Endurance Phase – Wrap up with higher-rep endurance work to improve stamina and support fat loss.
