Program Structure:
Weeks 1–8: Hypertrophy Phase – Focus on building lean muscle with higher-rep, controlled lifts.
Weeks 9–14: Max Strength Phase – Train with heavier weights and lower reps to maximize strength.
Weeks 15–16: Endurance Phase – Wrap up with higher-rep endurance work to improve stamina and support fat loss.
