Basic Level

For self-motivated runners who want structure and light accountability
  • Weekly check-in via text or email

  • A custom running plan tailored to your goal event

  • Weekly review of completed workouts with feedback where necessary

Premium Level

For runners who want regular feedback and personal interaction

  • A custom running plan tailored to your goal event

  • Unlimited communication via text or email

  • Weekly review of workouts with feedback on every completed workout

  • 60 minutes of Zoom/Phone/In-Person check-ins per month (used as one or two sessions)

  • Strength workouts to accompany your running program

Gold Level 

For athletes who want the highest level of support and accountability

  • A custom running plan tailored to your goal event

  • Unlimited communication via text or email

  • Bi-weekly review of workouts with feedback on every completed workout

  • 2 hours of Zoom/Phone/In-Person check-ins per month (30 minutes per week)

  • Strength workouts to accompany your running program
